Early warnings in log file #99

All warnings produced before the log file is created (e.g. when dangerous 
combination of command line options is used) are saved to a buffer to be later 
saved to log file. However, currently this buffer holds only one message. 
Therefore, user can miss some important information if not analyzing stdout and 
more than one warning appear. 

So, this buffer should be extended to hold, say, 10 messages.
