Change default table length from 10 to 100? #383

Hey @yogiben, thanks for the awesome admin module! What would be the best strategy to change the default table length? 10 is quite low and makes one click around too much..

Same question. It is really annoying to change always rows count from 10 to 50 or 100, because after change it resets back to 10.
