[Docs] Identifier Types - Add Links to Work IDs #56

When navigating to the "Identifier Types" section under "Docs" and selecting "Works," the Work ID entries (e.g., OpenLibrary Work ID) should be clickable and redirect to their respective websites. Currently, they are not clickable.
