Voice Announcements can be heard even when you can't hear other shit #11609

Reproduction:

While I was crit and couldn't hear anything at all I was still able to hear the voice announcements. Submitted by: DukeBobRoss (305348676883316737)

not sure if this is an issue. you can hear regular announcement sounds while in crit as well iirc

Is it possible that the voice announcement began before you went into crit?

Might wanna test if this happens while deaf, I'm pretty sure you can't even hear shuttle announcements when deaf so it'd be an issue if this played to deaf people.

I have confirmed on my test server that deafness mutes station announcements, will need to test the voice announcements on the live server though
