Heat transfer via vents just does not work. #17722

Short Description

Heat is not transfered from distro to open air via vents, regardless of temperature difference.

Reproduction

  1. Drain a room of air because it is 1000 Celsius.
  2. Air levels are at 0.03kpa.
  3. Refill the room with 20 Celsius distro air
  4. Air temperature is still 1000 celcius.

It's hard to replicate this across rounds. It works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't work.
