plasma hallucination is still above everything #17752

Short Description

When you hallucinate plasma it's still above everything, so you can't interact with anything normally because you're just clicking the plasma.

Reproduction

  1. hallucinate plasmaflood
  2. try to click on object
  3. can't!!!!!!!!!!

If you were hallucinating plasma irl, would you be able to do anything else? Didn't think so, this doesn't fit our high RP standards.
