Shipbreaking Scrap - stop breaking my ship!

This adds SIX new scrap that have a chance to drop from deconstructing things in the shipbreaking zone. ALso adds "Shipbreaking points" that you get from pressing on the recycler (UI later), currently unused but will be used in the future for tools.

Ship Plating - the stuff on walls, gives you iron (10 points) Scrap Electronics - when you deconstruct a machine you have a chance to get these in place of components, and all circuit boards, gives glass and a bit of gold (20 points) Ship Framing - when you deconstruct wall girders, gives silver and a bit of titanium (30 points) Congealed Plasma - when you deconstruct a machine you have a chance to get these in place of components, gives plasma (50 points) Ship Core - when you deconstruct an engine you get these instead of a circuit board, gives uranium and some iron (45 points) Crystalline Matrix - when you deconstruct a machine you have a chance to get these in place of components, gives diamonds and a bit of bluespace crystal. (100 points)
