Imaginary friends (parasites too) don't seem to show up in player panel #6998

Additionally imaginary friends cannot be seen it at all other than the victim, not even admins. Furthermore, they seem to break being able to use observe from the OOC tab on said person. I could no longer see their hud and such. And: https://github.com/yogstation13/Yogstation/issues/5138
