Cargo spams "Action Denied" when you use the console with an id that has access to it,then take off that id, and use one that doesn't have access to the console.
Steps to reproduce the problem
Put on an ID that has access to the supply console.
Use console.
Keep the window off, take off ID, and put on one that doesn't have access to the console.
Expected Behaviour
Not for Cargo to flip out.
Actual Behaviour
Cargo spams "Action Denied" when you use the console with an id that has access to it,then take off that id, and use one that doesn't have access to the console.
