Configuration not working #13

I can't seem to configure this workflow. I have 4.0, an API key. In the configuration panel, I put my API key, changed the option for model 4.0, 4, 4-0613, and others and it didn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First, please make sure you're using the correct model name. Instead of gpt-4.0, try using gpt-4 or gpt-4-0613. You can find a list of the existing models here.

If changing the model name doesn't resolve the issue, there might be another factor at play. Please note that according to the OpenAI documentation:

GPT-4 is currently accessible to those who have made at least one successful payment through our developer platform.

So, if you haven't made a successful payment yet, that could be the reason why you're unable to access the GPT-4 model.

I understand that you are currently unable to access gpt-3.5-turbo, gpt-3.5-0613, gpt-4, and gpt-4-0613. This may be an issue with your API key.

Please visit https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys to generate a new key.

Click on + Create new secret key, and you'll receive a new API key. It should start with the prefix sk-....

Thanks for the response. I created a new API key and it still didnt work.

1) Could you please confirm once again that you have created a developer account with OpenAI's API? Subscribing to ChatGPT Plus does not automatically grant access to the API. I ask because you mentioned "chatgpt 4" in your previous message.

I have used all three of those model name options, and have made a payment for chatgpt 4.

2) Then, would you check if the workflow works or not with the default model name gpt-3.5-turbo?
