What problem does the new feature solve?
We often run jobs that take 500-5000 seconds to complete. If we accidentally
start a query, there is no way to abort it without waiting for it to finish and
then deleting the results. It is a lot of overhead plus given that BQ limits
the number of simultaneous job loads ("message":"Exceeded quota: too many
concurrent query jobs for this project","reason":"quotaExceeded") this is a
wait that we wish to avoid.
How does it solve the problem?
Same as above.
What are the side-effects or complications caused by this feature?
Based on how BQ is implemented, I'm not sure if this is possible. Might have
issues with calculating cost of the query.
