Add Deep Lake as an optional vector store #311

This adds an extension for using Deep Lake as the vector store.

Broader comments, we need to add tests and a very simple use case on how to use babyAGI with DeepLake (could be part of the tests). It can even be a random data, just to make sure that it works with BabyAGI as intended.

@yoheinakajima, hi! hope you're well. i wonder if this can be reviewed on your end as well - BabyAgi would benefit from another OSS vector store! (we're also working on a use case that's based on this integration).
