Not sure if related to @JayCM8782's issue but I get this error after following the installation instructions

pydantic.errors.PydanticImportError: `BaseSettings` has been moved to the `pydantic-settings` package. See https://docs.pydantic.dev/2.1.0/migration/#basesettings-has-moved-to-pydantic-settings for more details.
