I have just released the new version 2.9.0. In this version, you can create a new procedure/funcion by using a dialog. This revision is e941eb5aa53a5f85136fb22075ebfcba14ea9d0e.

And, I decided that the edit of procedure/function is not supported, because of the cause regarding transaction (dropping and creating routine cannot be supported in one transaction).

Also, I have just released the new version 2.10.0 which has an ability to generate code set to execute the selected procedure at 02638364d81ee2ea9fae0443a25cc7d7ad278323. I close this issue.
