Connection Failed - Connection Refused #85

I am new to programming and am using a Chromebook - I thought this app would be great to get me going but I'm unable to connect to my actual server (I checked and it's up and running just fine). I also double checked my password and everything....

When I go to connect, I get this error: image

Would someone be willing to help me?
