Trying to mount a user folder from a QNAP TS-419P #218

After installing the app and trying to mount a user folder (previously set up and working fine with Windows 10), I get a "Failed to Mount: Something went wrong" error. The software took approximately 20 seconds from clicking the "Mount" button to generate this message.

I've tried both ports 8080 and 80 (which are open). The default port 445 and port 443 fail immediately. I've left the Domain Name field blank (since there is no AD domain in this environment). Shared Resource Name is also left empty.

Any thoughts to resolve this?
