Dropbox login fix #117

Dropbox login using chrome.identity wasn't working for me. This is my first attempt at trying to fix it. I was hoping you could look this over and provide some feedback.

@kjperkin I can't understand why you need the modification including this pull request. First, you need to create an issue to describe the problem you have.
