Hi it is unclear what should be enabled for the optimized setup. This is what I have. It is it correct?

You need to keep the uBlock filters category enabled (all 5 lists).
You also need to keep the Online Malicious URL Blocklist (if you think you need it) and Peter Lowe's Ad and tracking server list.
Remove EasyPrivacy (Optimized), as it's not that good. Instead, use the normal EasyPrivacy list, or in your case, only AdGuard Tracking Protection filter (Optimized).
