Lmao, guys.
That comment was part of a GitHub spam attack which has hit 600+ repositories. The file you downloaded contained LumaStealer, which is why ever major antimalware provider detects it. It appears GitHub has taken down those comments and banned the relevant accounts. Yeah, it was extremely suspect how they replied to the issue in mere seconds, and their sentences were a dead giveaway too, thank God for VirusTotal, I'm glad the folks on uBO added the GoFile link to the Badware Filter list, Kudos to them and to you for documenting these attacks.
@NonVolatileHuman refresh the list and see if the problem still occurs in private browsing / incognito mode.

Description
Normally, the sidebars of the page respect the dark mode of the browser. However, when using the "Yokoffing Annoyances" filter list, they revert to white, I tried the troubleshooting parameters directed in this issue guide and disabling the mentioned Filter list got rid of the issue
