    Week 1 reflection: Overall, week 1 went more slowly than I had expected. Although the daily tasks weren’t the most 
    challenging, I failed to delegate breaks or account for emergency situations, such as family outings or work. This made me 
    think that I would have to revise my plans for the next two weeks, so I can be more focused and have a better sense of 
    direction.
