Hello,

As a consequence of Brexit, Northern Ireland goods mean that the country is not GB but XI, apparently with the same VAT number for the company. More information here: https://www.gov.uk/vat-registration/selling-or-moving-goods-in-northern-ireland

Could you add support for this? I would be pleased to do it as well, I would just need some directions on how to do it so I can issue a PR.

Closing since after analyzing the gem's code I see there is support already.
