Check failed at libhttp/httpconnection.c:1336 in httpHandleConnection() #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. shellinabox version/install 2.10-1_amd64.deb
2. in /etc/init.d/shellinabox included parameters: "-t -s /:SSH"
3. occurs sporadically, but once occurred then it keeps crashing during each 
login

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: successful login, work
instead: process crashes with output "Check failed at 
libhttp/httpconnection.c:1336 in httpHandleConnection(): offset + pushBack == 
bytes"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version: 2.10.-1_amd64
OS: Ubuntu Server 10.04 LTS amd64
kernel: 2.6.32-32-server

Please provide any additional information below.
- sometimes shellinabox stays up as zombie process
- with SSH enabled and working through HTTPS it seems OK, so probably it is an 
issue only with standard HTTP connection

after installing new firefox 5.0 issue disappeared
so it seems that issue was in firefox 3.6
