This can be very slow when plugin tagbar is in work #12

Scrolling speed is very slow if tagbar is in work, and everything goes normal when tagbar is closed. (all via :TagbarToggle)

This is my plugin list of vim, I do not know if other plugins will have an impact.

Sorry for my bad English, I hope main idea has shown up.

It seems if there is more than on window in a tab, this issuse will happen. I do not kown if this is a bug, it is seems a defect of vim, and, things also goes bad in neovim.

@Arondight I have the same issues, just drop this plugin and bind 3M and 3M for some good key-bindings for you.
