Add speech and synthesis features for Svelte Copilot #66

New features:

  1. Speak to ask questions - speech-to-text
  2. Svelte Copilot speaks its answers - speech synthesis
  3. First half of the Hands-Free mode - you can reply to copilot by speaking without needing to touch the keyboard or mouse
