Show the actual instantiator implementation used by the TCK #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The TCK currently shows if a platform is supported or not. However, it doesn't 
tell you which flavor of instantiator was determined by the strategy.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

See which actual instantiators were used
