The release process should create a guiceberry-javadoc.jar file.  It's a nice 
thing to do for users.  It's also a necessary prerequisite for uploading to the 
Maven repository.

Fixed on revision 273. Is it enough that it generates a javadoc jar, or must I 
upload the jar to googlecode when I release? Uploading files to googlecode is a 
painful, manual process (if you know of a way to automate, you'd be my hero), 
so I'd rather avoid it.
