What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on the LiPo batteries
2. Green LED blinking
3. Try to arm
4. Green and red LED blinking
5. No lights
6. Nothing works

if I do that with the GPS module unpluged
1. Turn on the LiPo batteries
2. Green LED blinking
3. Try to arm
4. Green and red LED blinking
5. Green LED becomes solid, red LED off
6. It's armed!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The same that without the GPS module (but with GPS signal).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arducopter 2.9.1, Ubuntu 12.04 and ROS fuerte.
With Windows 8 and Mission Planner happen the same.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried with the GPS module GP-635T and then no lights from the beginning.
Can Arducopter only work with the MediaTek MT3329.
