Documentation unclear

Issue: According to page 12/34 of the UG, at point 2, it says refer to step 1 and 2 (in figure 1). I was wondering if point 1 above should be labelled as point 4 and point 2 in the picture should be labelled as point 5 instead, since the prior page (11/34, seen below in figure 2) labels point 1, 2 and 3. Hence, it is confusing as to which "step 1 and step 2" is referring to.
