I couldn't able to import anything form Hat.preprocessing, can you help me over this issue? #1

Hi ,

Hat has been abandoned. Currently, we have a better audio tagging system using CNN-LSTM-Attention based on keras : https://github.com/yongxuUSTC/dcase2017_task4_cvssp I strongly suggest you to use our new code: https://github.com/yongxuUSTC/dcase2017_task4_cvssp It is one-click run, quite easy.
