Update list of available templates #21

There are some new templates (A11y Dark, Nord, One Light, Shades of Purple, SynthWave '84, VSCode) on Carbon - updating .get_templates() to include them!

I also moved "lucario" since it was the only one out of order alphabetically 🙈

this will help the RS addin shinyapp i'm working on to make {carbontweet}ing simpler and more accessible :)
