I am uploading my input data as a CSV file in the browser version of the app. I have the first column for gene names and expression values for the treatments in the next three columns. My output heatmap has genes as one of the column. Not sure how to format the file in such a way that genenames appear as row names in the heatmap. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
