Incompatibility with old movie savestates #77

Loading a savestate from a movie, which worked before r383, now comes with the 
message "Can't load a non-movie snapshot while a movie is active."; new 
savestates work normally.

r383 only changed cheats, I don't understand why that message is coming up from 
a change in the cheat engine.

I considered reverting that change was the only sane way and did it. The 
1.8.0-style cheat handling seemed to require more stuff saved in states.

The 8.24 branch is using the same cheat-handling as VBA-M is.
