Failing to load a file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the game "Keitai Denjuu Telefang - Speed Version (J) [C][!].gbc"
2. Load the attached file via File > Load Game > Load From File
3. Error message appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On VBA22, it would load the save file and show a pink phone displaying a 
glitched Denjuu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
vba-v24m-svn480

Please provide any additional information below.
The message box displays the following:
"Save game is using the BIOS file"
