Fix: BIM Project Manager bugs #136

fix some bugs in BIM Project Manager

  1. [fix] - if not give the Gross building length / width, it will not create the building layout group, to hold all the outline Human Axes etc obj
  2. [fix] - Default groups to be added to each level is not working
