Norwegian bokmal #3

I've translated the front page into Norwegian (bokmål). I don't have an image for the language link at the top, but other than that the text should be usable. You might notice that some of the phrases are still in English, but there isn't a good translation for everything.

Oops... somehow I never saw this! A bit late, but thanks for the contribution! I'll find a norwegian flag and upload it at once.
