Fix filter panel to screen so that it follows your scroll #14

Filters don't follow screen as I scroll down the page. Have to scroll all the way back up to make adjustments to filters each time

Do you want the panel to be fixed on mobile too?

looks good on desktop - maybe keep it as is on mobile
