Add Table of Contents (ToC) in Markdown document ViewMode #197

What would you like to be added: Currently, in Markdown document ViewMode, there is no Table of Contents (ToC) feature available. For long documents, it becomes challenging for users to navigate through the content easily. Therefore, the addition of a Table of Contents feature is requested to improve the user experience.

Why is this needed: Adding a Table of Contents (ToC) will enhance the readability and navigability of long Markdown documents, making it easier for users to locate specific sections within the document. This feature will improve user experience and efficiency while using the ViewMode.

@devysi0827 Sure. We can refer to the Table of Contents (ToC) in Google Docs as our reference.

@devysi0827 Could you share your progress? It seems that we can refer docsaurus, which supports ToC.
