Dynamically set placeholder prop to SearchBar according to query #113

What this PR does / why we need it?

Showing total counts of projects / documents can increase UX

Any background context you want to provide?

I tried to add new DOM for showing total counts of search results,

but after having discussion on Discord channel, I decided to put the information on placeholder.

What are the relevant tickets?
