Modify docker version in docker-compose.yml file #50

What this PR does / why we need it?

replace latest version of docker to 0.2.15

Any background context you want to provide?

If someone fork or clone this project, they can use the latest version of docker then it causes an error. But I have a question about this version issue. Can we use v0.2.18 in this project or just apply another version?
