Wrong application name and version in console log #2

When starting up the application in powershell, the application displays the wrong application name and version.

This will confuse the user as to what application they are using and may mistake it as Addressbook and use the addressbook UG and DG instead which will not allow them to use the application properly

Steps to Reproduce:

run "java -jar .[CS2103T-T09-4]{TAHelper].jar"

Reason for disagreement: This bug could have been fixed during the 1.4 feature freeze as this is seen as a bug and changing this would not change behavior. Furthermore, it does not meet the criteria of it being out of scope.
