search_student: No student listed but the list is populated #9

When a search_student condition does not correspond to any students within the list, the message gives "0 persons listed!" but the display shows all the students in the list. This might confuse the user that there are students after the filter is applied and may continue their work thinking that those students are supposed to be there

Steps to reproduce:

  1. use "search_student" command with a name that does not exist. eg. "/search_student name/#"
