Allow login to account system with Twitter, getting name, email and handle

Application created on personal twitter account as phone number needed for YorkNouse account. Additional permissions will be required so can't be done on a test version of the app. On hold for now as possibly not worth doing.

This isn't worth adding at the moment, there's too much work involved for how much usage it will see.
