Feature modeling is causing problems, something to do with obeo or the featureide distribution, not sure.
previously we used featureide 3.10 from eclispe update site link and attempting a new workspace install with obeo designer 11.8 causes errors.
To replicate the errors, use this commit, a new obeo designer 11.8 install, from the featureide update site select from featureide 3.10: 1. Feature Modeling, 2. FeatureIDE, 3. FeatureIDE Extension for AHEAD.
Feature Modeling currently brings nothing to the project with its current implementation so I have removed it, this branch is a fork from the previously linked commit and simply has the feature selection page removed from the project creation wizard and no longer uses the feature model, it works with obeo 11.8 and requires no plugin installations as featureide was the only dependency.
This is not an issue per se, but rather a trace of this change as it will inevitably be brought back up at some point.
