- [x] Increase licence box size
- [x] Add default Licences provided by FSG.
- [x] Clean up the html/gui styling (this is part of the GUI issue and will be resolved there)
This page should become page 4 in the new ETD system.
The page should have a section at the top of the page where FGS can add and edit explainer text (e.g., Please upload your completed Library and Archives license document and review and agree to the YorkU ETD license and the YorkSpace Non-Exclusive Distribution License). Note: FGS and YorkSpace team will work on this text
We should rename the header to something more descriptive. For example, instead of ‘Submit for review’, it should be come ‘Review distribution licenses’ or ‘Review licenses’ if it needs to be shorter.
This page should have the full-text for both the YorkU ETD License and the YorkSpace Non-Exclusive Distribution Licence. Links to license documents: YorkSpace license YorkU ETD license After each license, the student needs to check-off a box saying they agree to the license.
The page also needs to have a section where students can upload their Library and Archives Canada license document. This section should have a link to the Library and Archives Canada license document in both French and English. English LAC license French LAC license The FGS website should add the above documents to their webpages and the ETD system should link to those pages. Here is the suggested text: Heading: Library and Archives License Explainer text: Please upload your completed Library and Archives License document. French or English versions of the license form can be downloaded from the Faculty of Graduate Studies’ website. When students upload the LAC form, an automatic naming convention should be applied like the following: FullNameField_Year_Degree_LAC_License.file extension
Students shouldn’t be able to proceed to the Review Page without checking off the ETD license and YorkSpace license box, and uploading the LAC form.
