[x] Review HTML layout of the app (student flow specifically)
[x] Review & Update the Begin step
[x] Review & Update the "Update" step
[x] Review & Update the Upload step
[x] Review & Update the Review Licences step
[x] Review & Update the Submit for review step
[ ] Check for AODA colors and text. Fix as needed.
