Fix readme typos. #6

Hey @jimt, I really apreciate your contributions, thanks for it. BTW. I'll rewrite some parts of the library to make it smaller, starting from https://github.com/yosbelms/cor/blob/master/src/crl.js which is an evolution of getjs itself.

I think getjs is an interesting project. The channel concept makes it very easy to think about many types of concurrency. Thanks for building the library.

I will take a look at cor.
