In the

screen,

  1. Select the ADD PATIENT INFORMATION option
  2. Fill out all fields with appropriate entries First Name : “Justine Lorean” Middle Initial: “L
    screen,
  3. Click ADD PATIENT button

*Valid info is a success but it is not stored in the database valid info success valid info success 2 not in db
