*This is in line with Test Case 1-2 mentioning that error prompts are being shown with some incorrect/false details.

In the main menu screen,

  1. Select the ADD PATIENT INFORMATION option
  2. Fill out all fields with appropriate details except for Middle Initial. First Name: “Joel” Middle Initial: “K. P.” Last Name: “Zimmerman” Sex: “M” City: “Quezon” Birthday: “02/23/1987”
  3. Click the ADD PATIENT button

*As you can see, the middle initials are not allowed. I thought the project manager said that multiple middle initials are now allowed? and it says that the city field is erroneous. mid initial allow and city

*However, when you change the middle initial to a single letter, there will be NO error prompt and there will be a successful addition of the new patient mid initial allow and city 2

Fixed :+1: project head agrees with 1 character middle initial for consistency.
