In the main menu screen, Click on "ADD PATIENT"

*There is a possibility that the user will be confused as to where he/she will input the month or day in the birthday area. Although the numbers in each combo box are limited, it may help save time and error to indicate the order of how the user should put the info.

*In the SRS, it was stated that the order should be MM/DD/YYYY. It should also be specified in the UI

I designed the UI to display MM DD and YYYY in those drop down boxes ah. Didn't it show? When I was running the UI, it displayed those.
