In the

screen,

Select the ADD PATIENT INFORMATION option
Fill out all fields with appropriate details except for Middle Initial. First Name: “Joel” Middle Initial: “Th” Last Name: “Zimmerman” Sex: “M” Birthday: “02/23/1987”
Click the ADD PATIENT button

*Adding patient with 2 character input middle initial is possible

I think we can allow this. There are some people with middle initials more than one letter.
